Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the CPA firm.
  • Maintain files and records in an organized manner.

  • Assist with bookkeeping and payroll tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum five (5) years of recent experience as a Secretary-Clerk in a professional office.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of college education.
  • Knowledge of Word and Excel programs, file maintenance, and phone etiquette.
  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Capable of passing interview exams using Excel and Word.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge or experience in bookkeeping, payroll, or QuickBooks.
