About the position

Responsibilities

  • Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure it aligns with our community guidelines.
  • Moderate traumatic, sensitive, and potentially offensive content with resilience.
  • Help maintain a positive and engaging online environment by removing inappropriate content.
  • Provide feedback to users and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Monitor trends and report on content moderation metrics.

Requirements

  • Ability to spot a violation from a mile away.
  • Stay calm under pressure and handle sensitive content with discretion.
  • Comfortable navigating various online platforms and tools.
  • Work well with others and contribute to a positive team culture.
  • Masterful spelling, grammar, and reading skills.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and resilience.
  • Comfortable reviewing internet content.
  • Sharp problem-solving skills.
  • Available to work various shifts.
  • Experienced with Windows operating systems.
  • Ability to type 25 wpm.
  • Predictable and reliable attendance.
  • Over 18 years of age.
  • High School Graduate or GED or higher (proof required).
  • Bilingual - Spanish: Reading, Writing, Communication.
