About the position

Responsibilities
- Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure it aligns with our community guidelines.
- Moderate traumatic, sensitive, and potentially offensive content with resilience.
- Help maintain a positive and engaging online environment by removing inappropriate content.
- Provide feedback to users and escalate issues when necessary.
- Monitor trends and report on content moderation metrics.
Requirements
- Ability to spot a violation from a mile away.
- Stay calm under pressure and handle sensitive content with discretion.
- Comfortable navigating various online platforms and tools.
- Work well with others and contribute to a positive team culture.
- Masterful spelling, grammar, and reading skills.
- Strong emotional intelligence and resilience.
- Comfortable reviewing internet content.
- Sharp problem-solving skills.
- Available to work various shifts.
- Experienced with Windows operating systems.
- Ability to type 25 wpm.
- Predictable and reliable attendance.
- Over 18 years of age.
- High School Graduate or GED or higher (proof required).
- Bilingual - Spanish: Reading, Writing, Communication.
