About the position

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Spanish Bilingual Talent Acquisition/Human Resources Generalist in the manufacturing industry located in Northlake, Illinois. The chosen candidate will be instrumental in handling various HR functions, including global talent acquisition, employee relations, training, and performance management. You will also be tasked with policy implementation and compliance, among other responsibilities. This position offers 1 day work from home. In this role, you will oversee the entire recruitment process, right from job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, to facilitating onboarding for both manufacturing and corporate roles. You will handle employee relations, providing guidance and support to resolve issues effectively and maintain a positive work environment. Additionally, you will develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company objectives and legal requirements, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations. You will coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills across different departments and conduct performance management activities, including performance reviews, goal setting, and career development planning. Facilitating payroll processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations will also be part of your responsibilities. Maintaining employee records and HR systems to ensure data integrity and accessibility, while communicating effectively with other HR stakeholders, will be crucial. Demonstrating excellent customer service skills when interacting with client groups is essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree required
  • Corporate recruiting experience
  • 5+ years in Global Talent Acquisition
  • Understanding of Benefit Functions
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Skilled in Talent Development and Talent Management
  • Experience in building Talent Pipeline and Talent Planning
  • Proficiency in Talent Sourcing
  • Strong Employee Relations skills
  • Experience in HR development

  • Familiarity with Compensation & Benefits
  • Spanish Language proficiency is a plus
