About the position

The Spanish Customer Service/Intake Specialist at WIRX Pharmacy is responsible for providing exceptional customer service in both Spanish and English. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls related to new referrals, achieving sales conversion goals, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. The position is integral to the pharmacy's mission of delivering medications efficiently and effectively to patients, while also contributing to the growth of the business through various sales programs.

Responsibilities

• Convert all new Intake (sales) to capture new business
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction for patients, physician offices, and law firms
• Maintain departmental sales goals through successful offer and sale of New Business Venture Programs and Voucher Promotions
• Enter patient's demographics into the pharmacy software and mail a welcome packet
• Fax physician request forms including WIRX ID card
• Maintain pharmacy database to ensure no duplicates
• Answer customer service questions
• Follow up and document all physician appointments

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to build rapport with customers
• Strong verbal skills and clearly articulated written communication
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to learn and apply new software programs as required
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
