Responsibilities

  • Utilize phone etiquette when communicating with potential clients and following up on leads.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve dealership performance.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in automotive sales or retail sales is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the sales pipeline process and inventory management techniques.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing.
  • Familiarity with market trends in the automotive industry is a plus.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
  • Spanish Speaking.
