About the position

The Spanish Preschool Teacher position at our Spanish immersion preschool focuses on creating a fun and engaging learning environment for preschool children. The ideal candidate will be a native Spanish speaker who is friendly, creative, and nurturing, with a passion for working with young children. This role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, allowing for flexibility in scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Create a fun and engaging learning environment for preschool children.
• Communicate effectively with children and staff.
• Collaborate with other teachers on curriculum development.
• Nurture and support children's learning and development.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Child Development Associate Certification (preferred).
• California Teacher Certification or a minimum of 12 early childhood education units or a bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience working with children is required.

Nice-to-haves

• Site supervisor permit is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
