About the position

The Spanish Speaking Automotive Sales Manager at Golf Mill Ford is responsible for leading a high-volume sales team in a thriving Ford dealership. This role focuses on driving revenue, exceeding sales targets, and managing the sales representatives to ensure a positive and productive work environment. The position requires strong leadership skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, train, and direct the Sales Representatives team.
  • Engage customers early in the sale to maximize gross profit.
  • Support, encourage, and motivate sales personnel daily to maintain high morale.
  • Set an example for enthusiasm, productivity, and accountability.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage the salesforce and track performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' previous automotive sales management experience.
  • Proven track record of profitability in sales.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a must.
  • Strong closing skills and ability to engage customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
