About the position

As a Healthcare Call Center Representative at Neighborhood Healthcare, you will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring they receive the necessary care and assistance. This role involves responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, and guiding patients through the healthcare process, all while providing exceptional customer service in both Spanish and English. This is a temporary position with the potential for extension, and it offers the option for remote work after initial training.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for patients, responding to inquiries and providing information.
  • Schedule appointments and guide patients through the healthcare process.
  • Provide excellent customer service to enhance the patient experience.
  • Assist patients and their families with their healthcare needs.

Requirements

  • One year of customer service experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
