We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Professional to join our team in Windsor, Colorado. This role is central to providing comprehensive HR support across two factory sites: Brighton and Windsor. The incumbent will be based out of the Windsor location but will provide support to both sites, focusing on ensuring smooth HR processes, maintaining compliance with company policies, and enhancing the overall employee experience. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Spanish and English, enabling them to effectively communicate with our diverse workforce and contribute to our global HR structure. In this position, you will provide HR support to employees at both the Windsor and Brighton factory sites, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery across locations. You will serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs in the United States. Collaboration with HR Services teams locally and globally will be essential to streamline services and improve the overall employee experience, making this a high priority in your role. You will also ensure compliance with local HR regulations and company policies, focusing on broader HR operations rather than payroll specifics. Additionally, you will identify routine HR tasks that can be effectively handled by centralized support teams to improve efficiency and streamline local HR resources. This includes developing and implementing processes for transitioning these tasks to centralized teams, ensuring a seamless handover and continued high-quality service. You will draft and issue reference letters for current and former employees, prepare addendums and other official HR correspondence, and maintain and update templates for various HR communications. Your role will also involve administrative support, assisting in maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases for both locations, and supporting the regional HR team with various administrative tasks and projects. You will ensure all HR documents are accurately completed, filed, and maintained in compliance with company policies and local legal requirements, assisting with internal audits and preparing reports as needed. Furthermore, you will provide advisory services to employees on benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and transportation options, developing and maintaining guidelines and policies related to these benefits.
