About the position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Professional to join our team in Windsor, Colorado. This role is central to providing comprehensive HR support across two factory sites: Brighton and Windsor. The incumbent will be based out of the Windsor location but will provide support to both sites, focusing on ensuring smooth HR processes, maintaining compliance with company policies, and enhancing the overall employee experience. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Spanish and English, enabling them to effectively communicate with our diverse workforce and contribute to our global HR structure. In this position, you will provide HR support to employees at both the Windsor and Brighton factory sites, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery across locations. You will serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs in the United States. Your role will also involve assisting in maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases for both locations, supporting the regional HR team with various administrative tasks and projects, and ensuring all HR documents are accurately completed, filed, and maintained in compliance with company policies and local legal requirements. Providing advisory services to employees on benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and transportation options will be part of your responsibilities, along with developing and maintaining guidelines and policies related to these benefits.
