About the position

The Spanish Speaking Registered Nurse (RN) - IV Therapy position involves promoting and delivering intravenous vitamin therapies to clients seeking to enhance their health and wellness. The role requires a confident and empathetic nurse who can assess client health, administer IV infusions, and educate clients on wellness plans and micronutrient treatments. The ideal candidate will thrive in a spa-like environment, focusing on client comfort and holistic health approaches.

Responsibilities

• Provide health consults and education to clients.
• Prepare wellness plans and guide customers on achieving wellness goals.
• Administer IV & IM vitamins following appropriate techniques and compliance standards.
• Perform venipuncture and place peripheral IVs, including accessing implanted ports.
• Monitor clients during infusions and ensure their comfort.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and place orders as needed.
• Document therapy details in clients' charts using EHR.
• Handle various office and customer service duties, including scheduling appointments and providing excellent customer service.
• Consult and coordinate with medical providers on patient therapy plans.
• Function effectively in a busy environment.

Requirements

• Current, unrestricted state license as a Registered Nurse.
• Strong IV peripheral skills.
• Availability to work at least 3 days a week, including rotating weekends.
• Strong sales skills with the ability to sell memberships and additives.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in infusion therapy, including patient assessment and venous access skills.
• Current BLS certification.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
