About the position

The Spanish Teacher position at Northview Middle School is an exciting opportunity for an educator passionate about teaching foreign languages to middle school students. The role will commence with the 2024-2025 school year, and the selected candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive Spanish curriculum that engages students and fosters a love for language learning. The teacher will create lesson plans that align with state standards and cater to the diverse learning needs of students, ensuring that all students have the opportunity to succeed in their language acquisition journey. In addition to classroom instruction, the Spanish Teacher will assess student progress through various evaluation methods, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records of student performance. The teacher will also collaborate with colleagues to enhance the foreign language program and participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in language education. Requirements
