Responsibilities

  • Review multiple Daily Reports consisting of Spare Parts orders to ensure orders are being cleared and processed correctly
  • Work with appropriate PW Teams including Pricing Team, Planning Team and Customer Account Managers to clear blocks from orders when applicable
  • Manage and provide status updates on the status of each of the orders contained in the reports when applicable
  • Manage the CPL Spare Parts allocations including allocating parts to airlines and MRO shops when parts become available and ensuring the CPL Allocations sheet is accurate.

Requirements

  • Proficient in SAP
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Access & Outlook)
  • Experience with Pratt & Whitney systems and SAP transaction codes is a huge plus
  • Account Management, Customer Relationships, Customer Service, Microsoft Office, Sales, Spare Parts
