KLA is seeking a dedicated and organized professional to join our Aftermarket Supply Chain Operations team as a Spares Product Planner. This role is crucial in leading the spare parts planning during the product life cycle for various product lines. The Spares Planner will functionally support the service organization and collaborate closely with Product Support, Sales/Marketing, Procurement, and Engineering teams. The primary objective is to supervise installed base growth, manage global inventory plans and levels, and oversee the overall spares business for assigned product lines. In this position, the Spares Planner will be responsible for ensuring that the right spare parts inventory is positioned at the right place and time to support KLA customers effectively. This includes working closely with new product introduction leaders and the supply chain and procurement teams to develop and implement effective spares inventory strategies. The Spares Planner will also maintain strong communication with the Product Support Organization (PSO) to ensure cross-functional knowledge transfer and implement the best support plans for global customers. Additionally, the planner will lead and participate in cross-functional projects that impact fill rate performance and collaborate with the supply planning team to craft supply chain solution recommendations based on business data and product knowledge. This position may require occasional domestic and/or international travel, and the ideal candidate will thrive in a challenging and fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong analytical skills and a passion for continuous improvement.
