Responsibilities

• Connect customers by installing service drops or outlets in residential and business properties.
• Use electronic test equipment and online diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and repair service issues.
• Ensure proper signal levels at each termination on the customer's premises.
• Suggest upgrades to existing services and educate customers on their equipment.
• Take on additional duties to support the company's purpose and values.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Flexibility to work overtime and on-call as needed.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate solutions positively to customers.
• Ability to work in small and confined areas, lift up to 80 lbs, work on a ladder, and in all weather conditions.
• At least 3 months of customer service or related experience, or equivalent education and experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Regular and predictable attendance is required.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in a technical or field service role.
• Familiarity with cable installation and troubleshooting.
