About the position
Union Middle School is seeking a long-term substitute teacher for Special Education English Language Arts. The position is available from October 28 to February 7, 2025. The teacher will be responsible for instructing middle school students in Language Arts and Literacy for grades 5-8.
Responsibilities
- Teach English Language Arts to middle school students.
- Develop lesson plans and instructional materials.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback.
- Support students with special education needs.
Requirements
- Middle School Certification with subject matter specialization in Language Arts/Literacy, Grades 5-8.
- Certification as a Teacher of English.
