The Special Education Paraprofessional Floater position is designed to provide support to students with special needs across various classrooms within the Monroe County Intermediate School District. Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in the implementation of educational programs for students with special needs.
• Provide support to students in various classrooms as needed.
• Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Monitor student progress and behavior, providing feedback to teachers.
• Assist with the preparation of instructional materials and classroom activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with children, preferably in a special education setting.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
