Epic Special Education Staffing is seeking a dedicated and passionate Special Education Teacher to join our team for the upcoming school year. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
  • Collaborate with other educators, parents, and support staff to create effective learning environments.
  • Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
  • Provide necessary accommodations to support student learning.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and training.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall educational strategy of the school.

Requirements

  • 1 year of verifiable, professional experience as a Special Education Teacher within the last 3 years (may include residency or clinical practicum).
  • Valid Special Education Teacher credential/license or in process in the state of practice.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.

  • Experience working in elementary and middle school settings.
