The Stepping Stones Group is currently seeking dedicated Special Education Teachers (SPED) for the 2024-2025 school year in the beautiful state of Hawaii. Responsibilities

  • Create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
  • Collaborate with parents, educators, and support staff to ensure effective communication and support for students.
  • Monitor and assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed.
  • Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for all students.
  • Participate in professional development and training opportunities to enhance teaching skills.

Requirements

  • Masters degree from a Special Education program.
  • Current license as a Special Education Teacher (SPED) in Hawaii or applied for one.
  • Preferred school experience in a similar role.
