This position is located in Scottsdale, AZ, and is a full-time, on-site role. The teacher will be responsible for managing a caseload of 10-20 students across various grade levels, including Kindergarten, Elementary School, and Middle School. The role requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, providing an opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of students with special needs. Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of 10-20 students with special needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for each student.
  • Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
  • Collaborate with parents, educators, and support staff to provide comprehensive support.
  • Create an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students.

Requirements

  • 1 year of verifiable, professional experience as a Special Education Teacher within the last 3 years (may include residency or clinical practicum).
  • Valid Special Education Teacher credential/license or in process in the state of practice.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
