Responsibilities

• Attend IEP meetings as needed to assist in the development of student IEPs
• Evaluate IEPs, 504 plans, behavior intervention plans, and collaborating school staff
• Case manage of student performance gains for with students with special needs
• Collaborate effectively with a team of therapists, educators, and caregivers
• Thrive in an environment driven by innovation, education and teamwork
• Execute programs that result in student achievements and best educational outcomes
• Participate in staff development activities to maintain and improve job-related skills
• Direct and support instructional assistant(s) in completing assigned tasks

Requirements

• M.A./M.S. in Special Education
• Special Education Mild Mod Certification or Special Education Mod Sev Certification

Nice-to-haves

• Special education: 1 year (Preferred)
• Mild/Mo or Mod Severe Certification (Preferred)
