Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with household duties such as laundry, housekeeping, shopping, and meal preparation.
- Provide personal care services including transfers from/to bed, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support clients with personal support equipment like wheelchairs and lifts.
- Run errands as needed for clients.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and/or pull up to 40 lbs. without assistance and up to 200 lbs. with assistance.
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
- Ability to obtain ACT 33/34 and FBI clearances.
Nice-to-haves
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience as an Aide, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide, or Direct Support Professional.
- Prior experience with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.
