This position is focused on developing alternative, non-traditional, disruptive, and unconventional operational capabilities to be employed in Counter Proliferation (CP) and Counter Terrorism (CT) missions, in alignment with Joint Publication (JP) 3-40. The role requires a deep understanding of current and emerging U.S. Government and DoD Executive Orders, policies, and operational contingency plans (CONPLANS) related to combating the proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMDs) through various operational domains including conventional, cyberspace, and special operations. The position requires a proactive approach to managing and monitoring activities defined by the WMD activity continuum, ensuring that project commitments, obligations, and expenditures align with DTRA and DoD goals. The analyst will also provide cost assessment, planning, scheduling, and monitoring support while maintaining comprehensive records for analysis and planning purposes.
