About the position

The Special Project Host position at Landing involves performing various tasks to support the network of fully furnished apartments. The role is designed for individuals who are hospitable and handy, providing essential services to ensure high-quality experiences for members. Hosts will have the flexibility to choose jobs and earn competitive pay based on their availability and the tasks they complete.

Responsibilities

• Perform store pickup jobs to replace items in Landing homes between Member reservations
• Perform special projects for Member-occupied Landing homes
• Pick up essential items from stores to bring to our Members
• Claim more jobs and earn more during the weekend, at the beginning and end of the month
• Collaborate with Landing movers, designers, and photographers to set up new homes for upcoming reservations.

Requirements

• Basic cleaning supplies (provide and maintain your own cleaning supplies)
• Valid U.S. Driver's License
• Smartphone: iPhone or Android with a working camera
• Great organization skills
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to use mobile apps and follow instructions
