MTech Mechanical performs mechanical construction work of various size in multiple industries from large ground up buildings, to complicated facility renovations, as well as service and repairs of equipment. Special Projects executes projects that are typically smaller in size with shorter durations. A Special Projects Client Representative has an entrepreneurial spirit and is able to work independently as well as within a team atmosphere. The Client Representative is involved in projects from inception through completion and is responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, project procurement, leading project design, and project management. The Client Rep will coordinate all aspects of a project with the owner, GC, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and field managers/craftsmen to lead the team to a successful project completion. This position will work out of the Loveland, CO office and focus solely on the Northern Colorado market. A successful candidate will be responsible for being part of MTech's culture and promotion of MTech values within the company, industry, and community, as well as being a valuable participant in MTech's and Special Projects' continuous process improvement initiatives. The role involves preconstruction development of new clients, maintaining customer relationships, preparing conceptual budgets, leading the design/build project phase, and managing project schedules and budgets. The Client Representative will also be responsible for subcontractor coordination, safety management, and project closeout documents. Regular and predictable attendance is expected in order to meet the requirements of this position.
