Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage special projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and objectives are met.
• Collaborate with others to gather project requirements and determine resource needs.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and status reports.
• Provide regular updates on project progress and risks to senior leadership.
• Conduct research and analysis to support the project's goals and deliverables.
• Organize meetings, track action items, and document decisions.
• Assist with any administrative tasks related to special projects, including scheduling, communications, and documentation.
• Identify areas for process improvement and work with teams to implement changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination or management.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project) and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive attitude and ability to solve problems creatively.
