About The Position

The Special Projects Manager at the Fort Berthold Housing Authority is responsible for overseeing and managing various construction and renovation projects, ensuring they progress in a timely manner. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all projects as directed by the Executive Director.
• Ensure Brook Heights projects and Tax Credit projects are progressing.
• Establish and maintain communication with segment representatives on their respective projects.
• Develop and write scopes of work for projects in collaboration with contracting teams.
• Provide written and oral reports to the Board of Commissioners, Tribal Council, Contractors, Engineers, and Segment Representatives.
• Obtain bids and complete bid work, collaborating with environmental inspectors and realty departments.
• Work with the Tax Credit department to ensure sewer, roads, and infrastructure projects are completed on time.
• Identify funding sources via HUD/Tax Credit Partnerships/Tribal Funds.
• Meet regularly with segment representatives to discuss project progress.
