About the position

The People Services and Solutions Specialist at Electrolux Group serves as a key point of contact for employees, candidates, retirees, and people leaders throughout the employee lifecycle. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, addressing queries related to policies and procedures, and ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information. The specialist will also support administrative tasks and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the HR function.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees, people leaders, candidates, and retirees via established channels (Live Chat, ServiceNow, email, or phone).
  • Answer queries on policy and procedure, redirecting non-people queries as necessary.
  • Investigate simple queries to develop problem resolutions.
  • Dispatch inquiries not defined for the scope of the tier 1 team.
  • Identify potential additions to the scope of tier 0 or tier 1 services.
  • Triage customer requests and queries to tier 2 or tier 3 specialists when needed.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support, including maintaining personnel files and handling general employee and candidate inquiries.
  • Verify dependent eligibility and maintain confidentiality of information.
  • Support junior colleagues and participate in cross-team initiatives and projects.
  • Propose solutions to existing problems based on acquired knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or 1-2 years of administrative experience required.
  • Very good understanding of entire Employee Lifecycle processes for both white and blue-collar environments.
  • Experience in executing People Data Processes.
  • Familiarity with various HR tools such as Case Management, HR Portals, Chatbot, Knowledge Management tools, Digital signature tools, and E-archiving tools.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Workday or equivalent HR systems.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) at an intermediate level.
  • Proven record of showing Electrolux core competencies and proactiveness in daily work.
