About the position

As a Specialist 3 in Employee Communications at Comcast, you will play a crucial role in the organization, publication, and documentation of internal communication campaigns. This position requires you to interact regularly with senior executives and provide project leadership, leveraging your in-depth experience and knowledge in the field. You will be responsible for managing all internal customer-impacting content and communications, ensuring that they are well-organized and effectively disseminated throughout the organization. Your core responsibilities will include coordinating with content providers to design and develop job aids, learning tools, and other communications that enhance user effectiveness. You will create strategies and messaging, review and edit content to ensure it meets established communications standards and guidelines, and obtain necessary approvals before publication. Maintaining existing documentation for accuracy and relevance is also a key part of your role. In addition, you will design and maintain user feedback reporting systems, providing actionable insights to optimize communications performance. Your participation in activities aimed at improving customer satisfaction and business performance will be essential. You will be expected to keep communications fresh, creative, and engaging, exercising independent judgment and discretion in significant matters. Regular attendance is required, and you may need to work nights, weekends, or overtime as necessary. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • 5-7 years of relative work experience in employee communications or a related discipline.
  • Strong project leadership skills and the ability to interact with senior executives.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in internal communications and documentation management.
