About the position

The position is responsible for supporting the development and execution of frontline communications to Sales and Sales Support organizations at Comcast. The role acts as a liaison between various departments to implement comprehensive change management and communication plans, ensuring that changes in products, pricing, and other initiatives are effectively communicated to the sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Researches, writes and develops supporting marketing materials and presents recommendations to Marketing Manager or internal committee.
• Reviews literature pertaining to the current marketing project and previous marketing materials used in the assignment area.
• Acts as a point of contact for questions on department communications materials.
• Provides leadership and oversight to lower-level Marketing Specialists.
• Gathers materials of competitive companies in the field.
• Assists in translating business needs into analysis designs providing insight, knowledge and understanding of customers, products and industries.
• Helps to create reporting to measure success of Marketing programs.
• Exercises independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Maintains regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
• Works nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience, or extensive related professional experience.
• 5-7 years of relative work experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
• Experience in organizing meetings and teamwork.
