About the position

The Ad Operations Specialist at Clear Channel Outdoor plays a crucial role in managing the traffic, contracts processing, campaign fulfillment, and monitoring of campaign execution across all media and markets in the region. Reporting directly to the Regional Manager of Ad Operations, this position is integral to ensuring that all media products are effectively utilized to maximize revenue recognition. The specialist will manage regional inventory availability, ensuring that all contractual requirements of campaigns are met and that client instructions are followed for the timely installation of advertising materials. In addition to managing inventory and contracts, the Ad Operations Specialist will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to resolve any issues that arise during the campaign execution process. This role also involves assisting Sales and Marketing leadership in identifying trends within the inventory and creating compelling advertising packages for clients and prospects, aimed at maximizing revenue opportunities. The specialist will be expected to perform other duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to the role. The position requires a strong understanding of sales principles and practices, as well as the ability to multi-task and maintain composure under pressure. Excellent organizational and time management skills are essential, along with a keen attention to detail. The Ad Operations Specialist will also need to possess strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deliver effective presentations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, is necessary for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Manage regional inventory availability to maximize revenue recognition of all media products.
  • Ensure that all campaign's contractual requirements are fulfilled.
  • Manage client instructions and design assignments for timely installation of materials.
  • Triages with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to resolve issues.
  • Assist Sales and Marketing leadership in identifying trends in inventory and creating compelling packages for clients and prospects.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience.
  • Minimum one year of work experience required.
  • Minimum one year of media advertising experience preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices.
  • Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including effective presentation delivery.
  • Proficient in Microsoft software applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
