About the position

Influential is seeking an experienced Specialist to join our Creator Management team, where you will play a pivotal role in implementing the day-to-day creator strategy and executing campaigns for our Fortune 500 clients. This position is designed for someone who is passionate about beauty, particularly in the hair care sector, and has a strong understanding of creator marketing. You will be responsible for managing the entire creator lifecycle, from sourcing and negotiation to content creation and daily oversight of campaigns. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the success of Influential's social campaigns, as you will be accountable for building and executing creator strategies tailored to specific campaigns. This includes refining existing success metrics and introducing new ones to measure campaign effectiveness. In this role, you will support the training of team members in planning, audience reporting, and the use of research tools, while also helping to develop their writing and presentation skills. You will act as a liaison between the creator management team and other key internal groups, such as account management, research/analytics, and operations, to ensure that client needs are met efficiently. Your strategic insight will be essential in identifying and vetting talent and creators for campaigns, maximizing ROI, and achieving brand/client KPIs. You will leverage data and insights to position recommended creators effectively to clients, oversee the entire creator casting process, and manage negotiations, contracting, and content management across various brand campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Implement day-to-day creator strategy and campaign execution for Fortune 500 clients.
  • Support the campaign management team in developing and executing creator marketing campaigns.
  • Build and execute creator strategies specific to campaigns, refining success metrics and introducing new ones.
  • Train team members on planning, audience reporting, and research tools, as well as writing and presentation skills.
  • Liaise between the creator management team and other internal groups to ensure client needs are met.
  • Strategically identify talent and creators for campaigns to maximize ROI and meet brand/client KPIs.
  • Manage the vetting process for talent to ensure alignment with brand safety and campaign-specific criteria.
  • Leverage data and insights to position recommended creators to clients effectively.
  • Oversee creator casting, negotiation, contracting, and content management across brand campaigns.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a digital, advertising, or creator marketing environment.
  • Experience managing and coordinating projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working in a startup environment, creating organization and processes where none may exist.
  • Sourcing experience that extends beyond social media, particularly in the beauty and professional hair care categories.
  • Strong understanding of the relationship between brand, media, and consumer in both offline and online spaces.
  • Well-versed in the creator space with an established network of managers/agents or creator contacts.
  • Working knowledge of online performance tracking and brand measurement tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail, schedules, and timelines.
  • A self-starter who enjoys collaboration and is open to feedback, capable of working independently and influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledgeable about all major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube).
  • Up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations in the social realm.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
