About the position

The Customer Support Specialist at Ubique Group is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to both customers and dealers. This role focuses on resolving high-priority issues related to damages, defects, and errors that occur after products have left the distribution centers. The specialist will ensure that all inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively, maintaining quality service throughout the process.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure quality customer service is provided at every step of the inquiry process.
  • Maintain all processes and procedures, providing proper resolutions.
  • Manage personal case queues and close claims within required time frames.
  • Communicate proactively and professionally with customers and dealers via email and call-based software.
  • Collaborate with other departments to foster awareness and data-driven resolutions for product issues.
  • Manage email inbox to address all issues in a timely manner.
  • Gather critical data on high-priority issues and products.
  • Provide in-depth analysis of claims to ensure proper review before resolutions are provided.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and customers.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Working knowledge of Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
  • Ability to multitask and conduct research.
  • Proficient keyboarding skills (touch typing preferred).
  • Time management skills preferred.
