About the position

Wynn Resorts is in search of a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to become a part of our Marketing Department. As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will take charge of overseeing acquisition email marketing campaigns and collaborate closely with external agencies to execute paid social media strategies. Your primary goal will be to boost online room revenue, enhance customer engagement, and effectively promote various property amenities and outlets. This position will be based in Las Vegas and it is an in-office role. In this role, you will strategically execute email communications, ensuring adherence to brand standards and campaign objectives. You will conduct testing of subject lines, copy variations, and imagery to optimize both open rate and conversion rate. Cultivating and showcasing subject matter expertise across designated email campaigns will be essential, as will offering informed suggestions and enhancements to refine campaign performance and effectiveness. You will perform quality assurance on emails pre-deployment, verifying content accuracy, layout consistency, and hyperlink integrity. Additionally, you will coordinate with agencies to strategize, implement, and optimize paid social campaigns effectively. Fostering a productive partnership with the creative team and agency partners to conceptualize and enhance assets will be crucial to ensure alignment with campaign objectives. Working alongside analysts and agency partners, you will develop and refine reporting dashboards, promoting data-driven decision-making. Maintaining a thorough awareness of evolving social media trends and integrating emerging insights into campaign strategies and optimizations will also be part of your responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Strategically execute email communications, ensuring adherence to brand standards and campaign objectives.

  • Construct and rigorously test each email, reviewing copy, imagery layout, and links.
  • Coordinate with agencies to strategize, implement, and optimize paid social campaigns effectively.
  • Foster a productive partnership with the creative team and agency partners to conceptualize and enhance assets, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives.
  • Work alongside analysts and agency partners to develop and refine reporting dashboards, promoting data-driven decision-making.
  • Maintain a thorough awareness of evolving social media trends, integrating emerging insights into campaign strategies and optimizations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, or a related business field is preferred.
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication.
  • Comfortable working autonomously.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • One or more years using Braze or other ESP is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential.
  • Previous exposure to Google Analytics is preferred.
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage diverse tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the capacity to engage with various organizational levels.
  • Knowledge of social media creative best practices.
  • Previous experience using Meta Ads Manager preferred.
  • Minimum age requirement: 21 years or older.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop is advantageous.
