About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist at Seminole Casino Brighton is responsible for leading all digital marketing efforts, including research, strategy, and implementation of various digital media forms. This role focuses on enhancing brand awareness, driving sales, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns while ensuring a high level of service to guests.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all digital marketing efforts including research, strategy, and implementation of digital media.
  • Manage multi-media planning including campaign build out, SEM campaigns, and creative execution.
  • Collaborate with creative teams, agencies, and vendors for continuous improvement of digital strategies.
  • Work with the revenue management team to drive sales through various channels.
  • Create tags and upload digital marketing assets for campaign execution.
  • Develop, execute, measure, and optimize digital advertising, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
  • Generate reports to analyze ROI performance of campaigns using analytics tools.
  • Plan and execute all Social Casino initiatives in collaboration with Hard Rock International.
  • Build and maintain social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
  • Create mobile and social media campaign strategies and oversee production of social campaigns.
  • Write content for the company blog and support other key marketing efforts as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, journalism, or business administration.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a similar position or equivalent education and experience.
  • Three years of experience working with social media sites.
  • Experience with Photoshop, InDesign, and other graphic/production software.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SEO/SEM, Google DoubleClick adserver, and Tag Manager.
  • Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) and content management system (CMS).
  • Experience with HTML and understanding of pixel implementation and tracking URLs.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Fourwinds is a plus.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of mobile, emerging, and social media applications in advertising campaigns.
  • Experience in brand management and development.
