About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist at CEMEX will be instrumental in enhancing the marketing department's efforts to boost brand awareness and generate leads. This role involves creating impactful marketing campaigns and collaborating with various teams to support the company's growth during a pivotal marketing expansion phase.

Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing email campaigns to support business priorities, including setup, management, and analysis of marketing automation campaigns.
  • Support website management, traffic growth, and landing page optimization through content updates, campaigns, and A/B testing.
  • Measure and report on marketing progress and identify opportunities for improvement across digital properties.
  • Manage search campaigns, both organic and paid, to support website growth and lead generation campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department and internal stakeholders to create inbound marketing campaigns based on business priorities and opportunities.
  • Create and launch customer-facing marketing campaigns across CEMEX USA social media pages.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in digital marketing or marketing.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or relevant experience.
  • Previous experience with Google Analytics and Google AdWords.
  • Proficiency using Marketing Automation Platforms such as Eloqua, HubSpot, or Adobe Marketo.

Nice-to-haves

  • Proficiency with Marketing Tools such as SEMRush, BrightEdge, Yext.
