About The Position

Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Product Specialist. This role would be responsible for assisting product owners in day-to-day SDLC operations for E-commerce digital solution(s). The Product Specialist reports directly to the Senior Product Manager and will support the product manager and product owner for several digital initiatives within a product portfolio. The position involves heavy documentation of notes and recaps from StandupCore hour calls and working sessions, assisting with UAT, bug triaging, and task tracking in JIRA. The role also includes preparing tasks for Designers, Copy team, and Business analysts (BA) in JIRA based on decisions made in team meetings, reviewing BA UI and Functional stories, assisting with Discovery work for Epic requirement creation, and working cross-functionally with internal business units, vendors, and IT tech teams to complete work against strategic plans. The Product Specialist will plan and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and ROI, partner with UX designers and researchers to help define future product strategy, and advocate for the customer while balancing business needs.

Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience in digital field

Responsibilities
