About the position

As a Specialist in Digital Marketing at Nationwide, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily maintenance, quality assurance, and administration of Nationwide Financial webpages. This role focuses on ensuring alignment with the brand's strategy and standards while enhancing user experience and driving engagement through effective digital marketing strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct routine audits, analyze campaigns, and provide actionable recommendations to improve Nationwide's online presence.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily maintenance and quality assurance of Nationwide Financial webpages.
  • Lead routine webpage audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure content accuracy.
  • Conduct regular campaign analysis reviews and provide detailed metric reports to Marketing Management and key partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement digital marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze web traffic and user behavior to optimize content and improve site performance.
  • Partner with SEO to increase organic search visibility and drive targeted traffic to the website.
  • Coordinate with IT and design teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and web management.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for web management processes and procedures.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of website content management experience.
  • Experience in National Financial Marketing.
  • Undergraduate degree in marketing, communication, advertising, or related field preferred.
  • Five or more years of related experience in marketing, email, web development and strategy, advertising, media, or brand management.

Nice-to-haves

  • Intermediate experience in marketing, campaign advertising, and brand management concepts.
  • Demonstrated creative judgment and familiarity with developing marketing campaigns or brand initiatives.
