Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of gamification strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, plan, and implement gamified marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Support the creation of compelling content and assets for gamified promotions across various channels, including social media, email, and website.
  • Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in gamification, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Assist in the management of promotional offers and incentives throughout their lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication to customers.
  • Provide administrative support as needed, including scheduling meetings, maintaining documentation, and coordinating logistics for events or activations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 1-2+ years of experience in marketing
  • Strong interest in gamification and its applications in marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation.

  • Familiarity with one or more reporting tools - Spotfire/ Tableau
