The role provides expert guidance to regional HR and management teams on pre-employment record checks, onboarding, and contractual compliance. This includes managing pre-employment screenings, conducting assessments in line with legal requirements, and handling adverse action/appeal processes. The position also supports employee hotline investigations and maintains case documentation. Key responsibilities involve assisting with new hire onboarding, I-9/E-Verify, and working within applicant tracking systems (Workday). The role includes conducting regular meetings to offer updates and training on onboarding and hiring compliance. Additionally, the position ensures adherence to federal, state, and contractual hiring standards. The role requires quality assurance checks on new hires and termination records, and handling special projects. This position collaborates with various HR functions, ensures confidentiality, and assists with system updates.
