Key responsibilities involve assisting with new hire onboarding, I-9/E-Verify, and working within applicant tracking systems (Workday). The role includes conducting regular meetings to offer updates and training on onboarding and hiring compliance. Additionally, the position ensures adherence to federal, state, and contractual hiring standards. The role requires quality assurance checks on new hires and termination records, and handling special projects. This position collaborates with various HR functions, ensures confidentiality, and assists with system updates.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Associate Degree required (Bachelor's preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of HR experience.
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle investigations and ensure compliance with background checks and EEO/FCRA regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, customer service focused, and a team-oriented mindset.
