About the position

The Specialist I, Customer Liaison position at Ricoh is responsible for managing customer accounts and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This role involves interfacing with clients to understand their needs, delivering contracted services, and building positive relationships to grow the account. The position may also include technical support and job coordination, operating in a dynamic environment that requires flexibility in working hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Interface with customers to manage higher-level work or job requirements requiring specific production knowledge or skill.
  • Serve as on-site/off-site sales coordinator for presales and steady state engagements.
  • Responsible for quoting commercial and transactional print type projects.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in a related field.
  • Experience in operation of advanced machines, performing complex jobs.
  • Customer service experience is required.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good organizational skills.
