About the position

As a Global Digital Marketing Specialist for Fitness at NIKE, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing innovative digital strategies that enhance Nike's brand connection and influence within the fitness sector. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about fitness and have a deep understanding of various training modalities, including strength training, HIIT, yoga, and Pilates. You will be expected to bring fresh ideas that resonate with the athlete mindset and reflect the latest trends in sport and culture. Your role will involve collaborating with a diverse team to deliver disruptive marketing ideas and orchestrate digital experiences that drive growth for Nike's fitness footwear and apparel lines. In this position, you will work closely with the Global Digital Marketing team, supporting both seasonal marketing initiatives and larger-scale campaigns. You will have the opportunity to lead certain projects autonomously while also collaborating with Global Digital Marketing Leads and other cross-functional partners. Your responsibilities will include attending and occasionally leading meetings to ensure that the digital marketing perspective is integrated into the overall marketing strategy. This role requires a proactive approach, as you will be expected to identify opportunities for distinction in the fitness landscape and leverage Nike's unparalleled innovation to connect with consumers effectively. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and possess a strong understanding of digital marketing and storytelling. Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of digital marketing strategies for Nike's fitness category.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital marketing into larger marketing plans.
  • Lead certain marketing initiatives autonomously while supporting Global Digital Marketing Leads on larger projects.
  • Attend and occasionally lead meetings with partners to represent the digital marketing perspective.
  • Identify opportunities for distinction in the fitness landscape and propose innovative ideas to enhance brand connection.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of relevant education, experience, and training.
  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience.
  • Strong understanding of youth culture and athlete mentality.
  • Passion for sport and fitness, with knowledge of various training modalities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a teamwork mentality.
