About the position

The IT Support Specialist role at WSAudiology involves providing technical support and assistance to users, managing IT equipment, and collaborating with global IT teams to resolve issues. This position is crucial in ensuring smooth operations within the organization by addressing hardware and software problems, preparing reports, and managing user accounts and network resources.

Responsibilities

• Independently solve standard IT support tickets and collaborate with global IT teams for complex issues.
• Prepare, replace, and dispose of computers and support mobile devices like iPhones and Androids.
• Assist with software installation and upgrades.
• Prepare reports related to IT equipment and security measures.
• Manage IT equipment stock levels, ordering, and documentation in asset trackers.
• Support troubleshooting of standard hardware and software issues.
• Administer user accounts and computers in Active Directory (AD).
• Manage network resources and security groups in AD.
• Onboard and offboard users, providing necessary training.
• Participate in projects and tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in IT support or related fields.
• Minimum of 1 year in an IT service desk or customer-facing IT role.
• Strong customer service mindset with effective troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Experience in a multinational corporation (MNC) with a centralized governance model is highly recommended.
• Relevant certifications such as ITILv4, CompTia A+, or Microsoft certifications.
