About the position
The JAMF Specialist role involves assisting an IT Services organization with the rollout of JAMF solutions for commercial and federal clients. This position is based onsite in the Financial District of NYC and requires the specialist to manage day-to-day operations and resolve deployment issues effectively.
Responsibilities
- Resolving issues with deployment packages
- Managing day to day operations
- Cleaning up inventory
- Packaging software removals and additions.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience managing a JAMF solution
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Relevant JAMF certifications preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
