About the position
The Marketing Specialist will support the Cencora brand with a focus on 340B marketing. This role involves managing multiple marketing campaigns and initiatives aimed at retention and growth for the 340B program. The specialist will collaborate with a cross-functional marketing team to strategize, plan, and execute omni-channel campaigns that align with business goals. The position requires a balance of oversight, hands-on implementation, and optimization of marketing channels to enhance the impact of the 340B program.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the business to leverage and optimize an omni-channel marketing approach for the 340B program.
- Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams to develop campaigns and related goals to support the 340B program.
- Coordinate the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns to achieve awareness, engagement, and lead generation objectives.
- Maintain proactive campaign management to optimize value and results.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to update and maintain websites, ensuring alignment with marketing strategy and SEO best practices.
- Manage customer channels to elevate brand recognition and drive customer engagement.
- Leverage data and analytics to measure campaign results and optimize performance.
- Monitor developments in the 340B enterprise strategy and industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of four years of directly related experience in marketing.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Some design skills in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign.
- Experience with social media tools and CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
