About the position

The Investment Manager Services Division (IMS) at SEI is experiencing rapid growth and is looking for a new member to join the Collective Investment Trust Admin team. As a Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing the administrative servicing requirements for Collective Investment Trust (CIT) funds. This position requires you to be a subject matter expert in specific CIT functions, particularly in relation to investor on-boarding. You will coordinate the on-boarding process for investors into our CITs, addressing any questions or issues that may arise during this process. In addition to on-boarding, you may be tasked with developing processes aimed at improving the onboarding experience for future investors. You will also assist Trust Officers with complex or sophisticated CIT relationships and provide additional support for certain CIT relationships as needed. Your role may involve collaborating with our regulatory filing processes or engaging with federal or state regulators. Effective communication is key in this position, as you will need to liaise with appropriate internal teams or client teams to resolve open issues and questions. This may involve reaching out to internal technology support and vendor support to address any production issues or system support queries. You will manage daily activities associated with collective funds, which includes trade processing, administrative support, and operational setups, while maintaining communication with external third parties and clients. At SEI, we are committed to your success and encourage you to seek out future solutions. By participating in various IMS and corporate professional development sessions, you will gain the tools necessary to identify processes across the division and organization. This role offers the opportunity to partner with a diverse team and grow your career within the financial services industry.
