About the position

The Specialist, On-Boarding for Collective Investment Trust at SEI Investments Company is responsible for managing the administrative servicing requirements for Collective Investment Trust funds. This role involves coordinating the onboarding of investors, addressing inquiries, and developing processes to enhance future onboarding experiences. The specialist will also support Trust Officers with complex CIT relationships and assist in regulatory filing processes, ensuring effective communication with internal and external teams.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for specific Collective Investment Trust functions related to investor onboarding.
  • Coordinate the onboarding of investors into Collective Investment Trusts and address any questions or issues that arise.
  • Develop processes to improve the onboarding experience for future investors.
  • Assist Trust Officers with complex or sophisticated CIT relationships.
  • Provide additional support for certain CIT relationships as needed.
  • Support regulatory filing processes and engagements with federal or state regulators.
  • Communicate with internal teams or client teams to resolve open issues and questions.
  • Manage daily activities associated with collective funds, including trade processing and operational setups.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Investor On-Boarding, Collective Trust Funds, Employee Benefits, or trust and/or fund administration preferred.
  • Collective Investment Trust experience preferred.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
