About the position

The Specialist, Order Processing at American Woodmark is responsible for providing builder service support and account management for the builder center. This role involves scheduling installations, service, and warranty work, as well as ensuring effective communication regarding product delivery and scheduling with customers and clients. Responsibilities

• Provide builder service support and account management for the builder center.
• Schedule installations, service, and warranty work.
• Communicate detailed information related to product, delivery, and scheduling to customers and clients.
• Perform data entry and verification of customer orders using Timberlake SOPs.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of proprietary systems such as Maestro and Order Billing System (OBS).
• Manage communication with customers, subcontract installers, clients, and vendors regarding product delivery and specifications.
• Schedule and assign installations for cabinets and/or countertops.
• Resolve customer-related issues and analyze purchase orders as needed.
• Support continuous improvement efforts within the department and company.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in a fast-paced customer service or office environment.
• High School Diploma or GED; some college courses preferred.
• Advanced keyboarding skills and knowledge of Windows-based programs and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent reasoning, decision-making, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to build effective business relationships and work in a team environment.
