About the position

The Specialist, Platform Innovation - Launch / Project Coordinator/Specialist-III role at LeadStack Inc. involves onboarding restaurant merchants and implementing strategic programs to enhance their experience on the platform. This position requires travel across the country, working cross-functionally with various teams to create a seamless onboarding experience for merchants. The role is hybrid, combining remote work with in-office responsibilities and travel to merchant sites.

Responsibilities

  • Interface directly with merchant restaurants to improve their experience.
  • Create and execute plans for merchant onboarding strategy.
  • Perform hands-on work with hardware and learn software configuration.
  • Create training materials for merchant staff.
  • Train merchant staff on using new platforms effectively.
  • Identify opportunities to improve existing merchant workflows.
  • Achieve immediate results and adapt in an evolving work environment.
  • Look for ways to improve and shape the direction of the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 4-5 years of work experience in account management, systems implementation, customer support, or hospitality.
  • Ability to complete tasks accurately and on time with attention to detail.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with individual contributors.
  • Excellent customer support skills.
  • Experience in driving successful business opportunities and process improvements.
