About the position

The Production Specialist operates high-speed production equipment to provide reprographic and digital printing support services to satisfy the needs of internal and external customers. This position ensures proper set up and imposition of print orders to ensure output meets the company's quality standards. The Production Specialist promotes customer satisfaction through the effective planning and execution of daily work assignments, individual workflow management, and the execution of ongoing quality control procedures. Continuous checking of work at the end of each production stage is essential, along with completing all required order management system stages to ensure customer expectations, CPD productivity standards, and performance control checkpoints are being met. In this role, the Production Specialist must possess the ability to effectively work as a team member in a professional work environment and demonstrate sound judgment. Planning, prioritizing, and implementing detailed instructions in a timely and efficient manner are crucial skills. The ability to listen actively and analyze customer and employee needs through effective communication and listening skills is also necessary. Furthermore, the Production Specialist must have the ability to learn new information and processes within company guidelines, as well as the skills to effectively multi-task and utilize time management.
